Dear Madam Secretary Clinton:

Please be forceful in your negotiation stance this week with Israel.  America literally holds the keys to peace in that region – or the purse strings I should say – as we continue to float Israel’s economy with US tax dollars in aid and weapons.   

This 60 yr old social experiment in regards to 2 states hasn’t worked and never will due to Israel’s  emotionally immature “they made me do it” mentality with their regressive, hostile, and negative mindset towards the Palestinians and Arabs in general.    To this “armchair strategist” there is only 1 solution – 1 state, 1 government, equal rights and representation for all the people. Jerusalem, being the perceived religious “birth city” of 2 billion Christians and 2 billion Muslims, needs to be considered a World Heritage Site, its own city state, over seen by the UN.

True peace comes into being when all sides integrate their belief systems, thoughts, words, and actions to resolve conflicts.  True peace happens when all involved come to the realization that they are part of a beautiful and interconnected “Oneness” with all things, including each other as we are of One Tribe.  As I was composing this I found a recent article by Alla Katsnelson, published by Nature.com on June 3, 2010 in regards to genetic ties: "Different communities of Jews around the world share more than just religious or cultural practices -- they also have strong genetic commonalities, according to the largest genetic analysis of Jewish people to date. But the study also found strong genetic ties to non-Jewish groups, with the closest genetic neighbours on the European side being Italians, and on the Middle Eastern side the Druze, Bedouin and Palestinians.”   Gives a whole new meaning to the song “We are Family!”

Lastly, please remind Israel of Golda Meir’s quote “We Jews have a secret weapon in our struggle with the Arabs; we have no place to go”. Well neither do the Palestinians!

FOUR FREEDOMS

Dear President Obama:

Yesterday Aaron Miller of the Wilson Center called me a “dreamer and naysayer” for suggesting the possibility of a one state solution for Palestine to fast track the pitiful 60 year old peace process in that region.  Additional, he “suggests” that if Iran doesn’t currently have nuke capability they will have it in the very near future. 

Though I don’t have either the academic or professional credentials Mr. Miller has, I do consider myself a highly intelligent, self taught scholar in a wide range of subject matter including history and current events. This “beast of muddy brain”, along with most of The Tribe on Spaceship Earth, are tired of the “fear as a business model” rhetoric. We’ve individually and collectively seen through the veil of ignorance and hate mongering of the few and no longer want to continue assisting with the creation of that reality.  

We inherently believe in Franklin Delano Roosevelt’s word energies of 1941 in regards to the 4 freedoms owed to all mankind – of speech, of worship, from fear, from want:    

"In the future days, which we seek to make secure, we look forward to a world founded upon four essential human freedoms. The first is freedom of speech and expression—everywhere in the world. The second is freedom of every person to worship God in his own way—everywhere in the world. The third is freedom from want—which, translated into world terms, means economic understandings which will secure to every nation a healthy peacetime life for its inhabitants—everywhere in the world. The fourth is freedom from fear—which, translated into world terms, means a world-wide reduction of armaments to such a point and in such a thorough fashion that no nation will be in a position to commit an act of physical aggression against any neighbor—anywhere in the world. That is no vision of a distant millennium. It is a definite basis for a kind of world attainable in our own time and generation. That kind of world is the very antithesis of the so-called new order of tyranny which the dictators seek to create with the crash of a bomb."—Franklin D. Some of these freedoms you spoke about in your 2009 Cairo speech are what brought about the audacity of hope by all members of The Tribe around the globe.  It emboldened, particularly the young, to create organizations such as Occupy Wall Street and saw the dawning of the Arab spring. 

Unfortunately their positive word energies and actions weren’t strong enough to drown out the negative word energies and actions of the purveyors of “fear as a business model”. And one of the biggest promoters are the Zionists, as you well know, painting Iran as the latest boogie man to threaten Israel and the region.

So when you said “When one nation pursues a nuclear weapon, the risk of nuclear attack rises for all nations” why doesn’t this apply to the nation of Israel as it’s the ONLY nation in that region with a known arsenal of nuclear weapons of mass destruction, acquiring these weapons, whether by purchase or theft of technology and proprietary information from ….. us? 

By aiding and abetting the state of Israel with monetary and military aid, you raise Israel over all others in the region, contrary to your words of “Given our interdependence, any world order that elevates one nation or group of people over another will inevitably fail.”  And when you stated that “We cannot impose peace” you had it wrong as well given the economic sanctions against Iran and others have proven these actions do work. So what not do the same to Israel in the name of peace?

Since the creators of this historic blunder, FDR, Churchill, and the very reluctant Ibn Saud are no longer here to correct this malfeasance of justice, that duty now falls into America’s very capable hands, i.e. you! Just for giggles, to cut the Israeli crap that they’ve consistently shoveled down everyone’s throat, shut off all aid, monetary and military. Their economy is in far better shape than ours and their Iron Dome proved highly successful in the latest spat with the Palestinians.  And the Iranian nuke threat?? Please remind Bibi that he has enough nukes to blow up his own country along with a good portion of N. Africa, the Eastern Mediterranean, and the Middle East combined. 

But as a “dreamer and naysayer”, I say go for the gusto by standing your ground on a 1 state, equal rights for all, reparations to 1967 borders for the Palestinians. When Bibi’s head is about to pop like a tick, explain that after 60 years of lying about their false pretenses of peace all members of The Tribe are sick and tired of their deadly childish antics, particularly the American tax payer. 

“Beasts of muddy brain”, billions in number around the globe, are tired of wasting life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness so a select few million people can dictate how the rest of us must view and accept THEIR twisted creation of reality. We’ve moved on from the negative words, thoughts, emotions, and actions of the few to create reality. Have you? 

PS: For transparency’s sake can you please call on Yemeni President Ali Saleh to release journalist Abdulelah Haider Shaye. He’s suffered enough for doing his job of broadening The Tribes worldview by uncovering mindless murder of innocent Yemeni’s and Americans by America. Makes us look like hypocrites if you know what I mean by going against Freedom of Speech,

INNOCENT BYSTANDERS

Dear President Obama;

Growing up during the 60’s and 70’s in Detroit I met people from around the globe who had escaped war torn countries, searching for new beginnings to raise their families and create a sense of normalcy that they hadn’t previously experienced.  I could tell who came from Europe by what they planted in their gardens as fruits and vegetables meant that they had experienced hunger.

Along with Europeans, there were smaller groups that also landed on our shores – Jews and Arabs. But after the 1967 war in the Middle East it became a flood of Lebanese, Egyptians, and others seeking respite from the endless fighting between Israel and her Arab family members.

Luckily for me my father was in the restaurant industry, a business that many new American’s would create to remind them of home. That’s how I learned to appreciate kibbi, a raw lamb dish, and humas with Pita bread, along with bagels with lox.  I also learned that not all Arabs were Muslims, with some being Christians, Catholics, and Coptic’s. But all of them were about family and very welcoming of any stranger who came into their homes.And with 1.62 billion of them on Spaceship Earth, it makes sense to make friends with them all.

   

All of this brings me to why I’m writing you.  I recently discovered a book that gave me a new perspective on the issues related to the Middle East. My hope is that it will do the same for you before your travels there in a few weeks.  The book was written in 1954 by ret. Col. William Eddy, and titled “FDR Meets Ibn Saud.” Though a slender volume, it tells the tale of how Israel come into existence after WWII, brought to creation by your predecessor FDR and America’s war allies.  

As the war was coming to a close there was the problem of what to do with the remaining Jews.  Though  all the western nations had empathy for them, not one country wanted the group, as a whole, immigrating to their lands. So it was secretly decided that they would push the Arab nations into giving this minuscule portion of humanity a small part of Palestine to settle.

After he had completed the Yalta Conference Roosevelt setup a secret meeting with the King of Saudi Arabia to come up with a solution for the displaced Jews. Spoiler alert: Churchill was pissed as shit when he found out, and quickly setup his own meeting with the King.

Initially, ”Ibn Saud’s reply was prompt and laconic: “Give them and their descendants the choicest lands and homes of the Germans who had oppressed them.” When FDR pushed him further, the King responded  “Amends should be made by the criminal, not by the innocent bystander. What injury have Arabs done to the Jews of Europe? It is the ‘Christian’ Germans who stole their homes and lives.

Let the Germans pay.”

Roosevelt was finally able to get the King to agree after making two promises – “He personally, as president, would never do anything which might prove hostile to the Arabs; and (2) the U. S. Government would make no change in its basic policy in Palestine without full and prior

consultation with both Jews and Arabs.”

But there’s the rub as America didn’t keep its promises to Arab nations so we are now one of the most reviled nations of Muslims worldwide. As Israel continues to take land and murder “innocent bystanders”, with the assist of American monetary and military aid, we are collectively viewed as abetting the enemy that Israel has become to the Arab world because of their treatment of Arab’s throughout the Middle East.   

However, you have the power and influence to “be the change we wish to see in the world.” With your speech in Cairo several years you gave hope to the “innocent bystanders” that they would live to see the end of tyranny in their portion of Spaceship Earth. They, and all of The Tribe, are counting on you to return the Muslim community’s faith in America with your words and actions.

As  ret. Col. William A. Eddy so eloquently  wrote in his post script:

“The Muslim world does not have tanks or atom bombs and is, therefore, often brushed aside as unimportant in the world struggle. Like the Chinese, they also, however, might be united, armed, and disciplined, either for freedom or for tyranny.

The United States can still tip the balance one way or the other. If we regard the nations of the world as a

string of sixty-odd pearls, we have to admit that the string has been broken and many of the pearls lost. The most precious of all remaining pearls, one which is not firmly within our mutual circle, but which is still within our reach, is the friendship, the good will, and the resources of the three hundred million Muslims of the world. There are those who are bent upon taking this pearl of great price and hurling it to the bottom of the sea. If they succeed in that wanton and disloyal act, let them hope that the American people will someday forgive them; for they know not what they do.”

"WAR OF CHOICE"

Dear President Obama:

Your “seeds of hate” speech at the Holocaust Museum was very apropos for the venue. Sadly, I doubt that those in attendance would subscribe those words to themselves or Israel.  As a nation Israel needs to collectively look in the mirror every once in a while and/or read their holy book more often before pointing lying fingers at others.  

Over 70 yrs ago Jews, as a people, experienced horrendous atrocities committed by their fellow man. But instead of that era being a difficult “lesson learned” moment, Israel perpetrates “similar” actions against all non-Jews in the Mideast region.  They routinely murder innocent women, children, and men for simply throwing stones or jail them, many in solitary confinement, including young kids, for minor indiscretions. Very much akin to the apartheid policies of South Africa decades ago.

Not being satisfied with the borders granted them by the UN in 1946, they have over the decades systematically and forcefully taken more territory away from the original inhabitants. By doing so they have created virtual ghetto zones by destroying homes, orchard groves, and power grids.

If that were not enough they routinely cordon off the Palestinian area’s to humanitarian aid of food, medicine, and building supplies then murdering those aid workers. Even more reprehensible is the way Israel deflects the world’s attention away from their egregious behavior by creating a fictitious boggie man – Iran – been doing that for decades. And, as always, America backs them up with weapons of mass destruction and money. Common sense tells me that’s the major reason why America is so disliked by the Muslim members of The Tribe.

Also keep in mind that Israel routinely steal US state secrets, murder Americans (USS Liberty) and others, meddle in US politics, and try to censor unflattering news in regards to their unsavory actions.

Most western nations and world leaders have awaken to the fact that a divided Palestine will never work as the area is too small and the animosities too great for there to be 2 nations.  All of which brings me to the “simple stupid” solution to peace in Palestine – one state, equal rights, and reparations back to 1967 for homes, businesses, and farm land taken from the original owners.  Additionally, Jerusalem would become its own City-State, ruled by the worlds 2 major and 1 minor religions – Christians, Muslims, and Jews – duly elected by the current residents of the city.  

Now some unenlightened types might suggest that the above is nothing more than a pipe dream, but with all due respect Sir you do have the ability to pull this off with ….. SANCTIONS! Just as you are currently using this tactic with Iran, and quite effectively I might add, use the same to cajole Israel into doing the honorable thing of making true peace with the neighbors and fellow countrymen!

By following the lead of other nations and the Methodist church for “all nations to prohibit the import of products made by companies in Israeli settlements on Palestinian land” amid other sanctions, I KNOW Spaceship Earth would finally see true peace in the Mideast and around the globe.

Please take that leap of faith before it’s too late. WW3.O SHOULD BE A NO GO! (and a no brainer)

2012 AS THE YEAR OF PEACE

Dear President Obama:

As with many other members of The Tribe I too am more than elated to see 2011 come to a close. In the not to distant future, many will look upon this as a dark year of tumult, trials, and tribulations. But I prefer to think of it as the difficult birth of Humanity’s Awakening in that they discovered they are NOT “beasts of muddy brains.”

Across Spaceship Earth The Tribe, in collective self determination, has decreed “We’re not going to take your trickle down any more, we deserve better than how we’ve been treated!” The Tribe knows innately, in their hearts, that life wasn’t meant to be lived this way, that something is terribly wrong with the picture that has been created about “reality”.

Moving forward into this new year we will all feel the growing pains of this movement for Peace on Earth, good will toward ALL OF MANKIND.  The Tribe wants their reality to be one of fairness and equal opportunities for ALL, for the right to work for livable wages, for a roof over their heads, clean water and food along with better management of OUR collective natural resources.  

With that said, I, like a great many members of Spaceship Earth, would really appreciate it if you would join us in creating this more compassionate and enlightened reality. Your early words and intentions moved some of The Tribe to tears for thought provoking hope and encouragement.

But something happened after you entered that big white house on Pennsylvania Ave. as if you lost your heart and voice. It’s not just one action, but many on your part, which make us question where you want to lead America. You extended the Patriot Act, extended tax cuts to the wealthiest, you didn’t go after anyone of importance on Wall Street, you ordered the murders of innocent people without due process, include a 16yr kid in Yemen, and recently signed off on the NDAA bill which wipes out most of our constitutional rights! With all due respect Sir, that is not the “Dude” American’s voted into office in 2008.

But The Tribe is a forgiving lot, as we’re ALL works in progress. We know you aren’t Superman, you’re just like one of us.  But actions speak louder than words and pack more punch. We’d really like to welcome you back into the fold, so please remember that if you truly are a member of The Tribe, no more pitting Americans against Americans or other Nations with the made up “fear factors”. We’re smarter than that and aren’t buying the lies any more. Earn the Noble Peace prize you received several years ago by truly making 2012 the year of Peace with your actions.

Whether you are with or against us, when all is said and done, the inhabitants of Spaceship Earth will be drowning out the voices of the few, to stand in solidarity against the purveyors of fear, greed and war. Be they American, Israeli, Christian, or Islamic, any leaders who cannot hear the drumbeats in these winds of change need to step aside and hit the ground running.  The old paradigm is fading quickly as the “beast” has shaken off its shackles and we are looking for those who would lead us to the new frontiers of peace and prosperity.

FEAR AS A BUSINESS MODEL

As I’ve been telling young writers at the Washington Post if they “follow the money” they’ll never run out of news to share with The Tribe.  So as we as Nation collectively remember THE FALSE FLAG events of 9/11, its important to “follow the money” that flowed from hardworking tax payer provided funds to the military industrial complex, elected/ appointed leaders, and their cronies.  The events following this travesty of injustice need to be viewed and remembered as crimes against ALL OF HUMANITY and the people who started the WAR of HATRED to finally be held accountable for their actions.

Most people in all branches of government, main stream media (MSM), and religion are aware that negative emotions based on FEAR are money makers for their business models.  Just look at the money that has been spent by Western governments, particularly in the US, on security measures in the name of protecting society from the Muslim hordes.  The expense of this War On Terrorism against the Muslim members of The Tribe in Iraq, Afghanistan, Yemen, Libya and elsewhere is incalculable in regards to the loss of lives, basic human rights, property, national infrastructures, and the diminishing planetary natural resources for this made up cause, all in the name of GREED!

 Ethan Jacobs wrote an excellent essay titled 9/11: Time for Truth at Activist Post.com.  In it he references a 15 minute documentary titled Solving the Mystery of World Trade Center 7 now available on YouTube where reporters, scientists, engineers, architects, and first responders relate to what really happened to WTC building 7.

But this wasn’t the only FALSE FLAG event that was perpetrated by American "patriots".  As The Tribe started questioning their leaders in regards to all the wars and waste thereof, a US government official escorted a young Muslim man onto a flight to Detroit, as witnessed by 2 Detroit area lawyers on the same flight. The US Government and their cohorts needed to reinstate the “fear factor” on the general public so they could continue their collective rape of the US Treasury.  Additionally, this young man’s own father alerted the US Government of his  suspensions of his son.

But what is even more troubling to me is the lack on the part of the Wordsmiths of The Tribe in pursuit of Truth on these and other Government/Corporate corruption practices.  When I was investigating how MSM worked as a “business model” I found out that censorship of Truth is rampant, that supposedly these icons of the Fourth Estate have their hands tied or their balls in a vise grip, prevented from informing ALL OF HUMANITY of these and many other ugly TRUTHS.  Their lack of action is partly due to Corp Greed as many media outlets have ties or are outright owned by larger, non-media overlords.  I tried to get them on board this past spring by staging Tweak Leslie’s Twat Day (posted 4-12-11), wherein I envisioned the “legit” Wordsmiths of The Tribe would all write or cover stories and Truths that had been purposely  hidden in the dark from the rest of us. But they didn’t understand the “game” or couldn't, for whatever reason, join in the fun of watching TPTB crap in their collective pants.

So Tribe, it’s time for ALL OF US, COLLECTIVELY, to speak out to these Wordsmiths and their wardens to assist all of Humanity in forming a more accurate WORLDVIEW so we can finally end these negative emotions, thoughts, and words as they are energy that do create our reality at any given moment.  Tweeter, Face Book, email, just let them know they are being watched and will be held accountable. If we don't change our current collective reality NOW, it leaves the door open for more of these types of heinous crimes to be perpetrated again and again in the name of GREED! 

Remember, if injustice doesn’t have a voice, we can’t be “the change we wish to see in the world”, or, as Martin Luther King Jr. so eloquently said “A time comes when silence is betrayal.”
